Nice hotel but extremely small rooms. Very clean, nice breakfast buffet. Delicious coffee, asst meats & cheeses, breads , fruits and juices. Comfortable beds too! I just wish it was a bit more spacious, as the 2 of us were tripping over each other!

Booked a three night trip to Madrid with British Airways. We stayed at this hotel right in the centre of the old town. The Metro station Opera was only a minute away. A nice room with extremely welcoming and helpful staff that made our stay a real pleasure.

We came home yesterday after 4 nights at this hotel. We are so glad we made the choice to stay here. Virtually faultless. Fantastic location, about 2 minutes´walk from Opera Metro station, spotlessly clean, polite and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice [had soya milk for me]. Our only very small issue, as the down button didn ´t work on the temperature control and there were no instructions on how to operate it. However, this wasn ´t a big problem and the air conditioning worked. If we ever travel to Madrid again, this would be our first choice hotel. We fully recommend it.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting Madrid. The location couldn’t be more perfect for sightseeing, so much within a 10 min walk so we hardly ever used the metro! Our room was lovely and bigger than expected, and had lots of historical charm. Was nice to have a room with a balcony overlooking the street although it did mean we heard rubbish collections in the night which really were very loud. Some parts of the room were also looking quite tired like bathroom door damaged by water and one of the bedside lamps had been glued and a bit wonky but overall the room was good and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Really good breakfast and staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again if we return to Madrid!

We enjoyed a fantastic overnight at Hotel Meninas. We arrived in the morning, were able to leave our bags and offered the opportunity to change clothes and freshen up in the lavatory downstairs. We walked around the palace area and checked out the sites . The concierge notified us that our room was ready by 10:30am. The hotel was beautifully clean, the staff exceptionally helpful, the breakfast absolutely delicious and the location perfect. You will enjoy your stay.
